Shipping and Handling
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery.
Print orders usually leave the factory in approximately 2-3 working days.
Frame orders usually leave the factory in 4-7 working days.
Prints are supplied in a cardboard tube and frames requiring delivery are carefully packaged in cardboard for courier service.
As all items are custom made upon placing your order, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size or option chosen.
In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us at email@example.com within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, the package and the address label, as well as a clear explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if the responsibility is soley with the courier company.
Oblong will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.
By placing an order with Oblong you are hereby agreeing that you understand and accept all of the above.
