IS THE ARTWORK ORIGINAL?
Oblong Shop only sells original, limited run, quality photographic prints taken by travel photographer Seus Ku. We're a little different to other online art stores where if you read the fine print, you will discover that most are selling stock or curated images bought from online image libraries. A purchase from Oblong Shop means that not only are you buying a truly original print direct from the photographer but you're also supporting a small business.
WHAT STYLE IS THE PHOTOGRAPHY?
We specialise in fine art photography, blending original digital images with artistic techniques to create visually stunning pieces. Our process includes carefully applying filters, adjusting colours, and refining tones to enhance the image's mood and impact.
Some softness in our images is intentional, capturing the serene ambiance of misty mornings, light rain, or soft natural light. In many of our landscape photographs, we use classic photography techniques to create a captivating depth of field—intentionally keeping parts of the image sharp while allowing others to soften. This deliberate approach results in art pieces that harmonise beautifully with modern interiors, transforming your space when displayed at the ideal viewing distance on your wall.

WHAT IS THE PRINT QUALITY LIKE?
Our wall art prints are professionally printed using the latest technology machinery with museum grade inks onto high quality matte (not gloss) 230gsm paper stock, resulting in beautifully detailed imagery. See our reviews tab for genuine customer reviews
DO YOUR PRINTS COME WITH A WHITE BORDER?
Following modern photography printing practices, you have the option to add a white border to your print. This does not change the overall dimensions (edge to edge paper size) of your print. You must check border option box with either "YES" or "NO" when making your print selection.
Please note that we don't offer mat inserts in our frames, instead we align with modern photography framing techniques of optional white borders. If you are sourcing a frame from elsewhere that includes a seperate mat insert, then you may not require a white border.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMES?
Yes, our popular classic frames are professionally framed using high quality timbers (no MDF is used in the making of your frames). Frames are 2.3 cm deep with a 2cm face reveal. We use 2-3mm thick optical grade perspex which is highly durable, very light and offers 94% UV resistance. They are supplied with D-rings and cord (Australia) or Sawtooth hangers (USA, UK, Europe) ready to hang.

ARE SIZES INDICATED FOR PRINTS OR FRAMES?
All sizes shown online are the unframed print sizes (edge to edge paper sizes), when including one of our frames the overall outside edge of the frame will be approximately 3cm larger in height and width than the unframed print sizes.
CAN I USE OBLONG PRINTS IN STORE BOUGHT FRAMES?
Yes, our unframed print sizes have been chosen to work with frames that you can purchase at major retailers worldwide. Either in metric (centimeters) for UK & Europe or imperial (inches) for USA & Australian frames.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, with global lab partners using cloned machinery in USA, UK, Australia and Europe we are able to ship our products worldwide.
Orders over A$70 for New Zealand, USA, Canada, Asia, Europe, UAE, Ireland & UK are free of charge, any orders under $70 incur a shipping cost of AUS $14.95
** For all international shipping outside of our global lab bases, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. Oblong Shop is unable to give any indication on your local countries customs fees.

HOW WILL MY GOODS BE PACKED?
Prints are supplied in a cardboard triangular tube and frames requiring delivery are carefully packaged with double card.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
All of our items are custom-made just for you! We typically have orders ready to ship within 4-6 days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. From there, it’s best to follow up directly with the courier for delivery details.
For timing:
Unframed prints usually arrive in 5-14 business days.
Framed prints typically take 1-3 weeks.
During peak periods like Black Friday and the holiday season, delivery times may be a bit longer as couriers manage increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times!
THE TRACKING HASN'T BEEN UPDATED FOR SEVERAL DAYS. WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Sometimes, tracking updates can lag. Our labs work with various courier partners, and occasionally, there might be a delay in scan updates. Don’t worry—your order is likely still on the way! For added peace of mind, if your order within the USA, UK, Europe, or Australia hasn’t been scanned for 10 days, we’ll consider it lost and arrange a replacement. Just contact our customer care team at info@oblongshop.com to arrange. For orders outside these areas, please allow up to 15 days before reaching out.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re so sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged, please send photos to info@oblongshop.com so we can process a replacement for you. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, as this may help us file a claim with the courier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand that plans can change! We offer a 24-hour grace period to cancel your order. After that, your custom order goes into production, so we’ll need to cover the full payment, aside from any uninitiated shipping charges.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE ON MY ORDER?
We’re glad you’re excited about saving! However, only one promo code can be applied per order at checkout. Please choose the one that gives you the best deal. Once an order is completed, we can’t go back and add another code or apply promotions that have ended. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR SELECT THE WRONG OPTION?
Each order is custom-made with care, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
We recommend marking up your wall at the intended size and location with a removable tape to see if the size will work.
