We print using leading edge technology with museum grade inks onto a quality matte stock, resulting in beautifully detailed imagery.

The sizes indicated are the finished print sizes, when adding a frame the overall outer edge of the frame will be approximately 3cm larger in height and width than the print size.

Our prints sizes have been chosen to work with frames that you can purchase at major retailers worldwide. Please check our Size Chart to determine the system (either metric or imperial) which will be available in your home country.

To order unframed prints you must select the box NO FRAME when making your selection.

Professionally framed using sustainably sourced, high quality timbers. Our classic frames are 2.3cm deep with a 2cm face reveal. We use optical grade perspex which is highly durable, very light and offers 94% UV resistance. They are supplied with D-rings and cord (AU) or sawtooth hangers (USA, UK, EU) ready to hang.

Print orders usually leave our labs in 2-4 working days. Frame orders in 4-7 working days. Prints are packed in tubes and frames are carefully packaged in double cardboard for courier service.

You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery.

With global lab partners using cloned machinery in USA, UK, Australia and Europe we are able to ship our products worldwide.

** For all international shipping outside of our global lab bases, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. Oblong is unable to give any indication on your local countries customs fees.

In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, packaging, address label and clear explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if the responsibility lies with the courier company.

All items are custom made upon placing your order, so please choose carefully. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or option chosen.
