WHITE BORDER
You have the option to include an even white border around your print. This does not change the overall dimensions of your edge to edge poster size.
If you are sourcing a frame from elsewhere that already has a mat insert then you will not require a white border.
If you are ordering a frame from me, you have the option to include the white border depending on the look you are going for.
You must choose either “YES” or NO” to the border option.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Print orders usually leave our labs in 2-5 working days. Frame orders in 4-7 working days. Unframed prints are packed in triangular shaped tubes and frames are carefully packaged in cardboard and bubble wrap for courier service.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery.
With global lab partners using cloned machinery in USA, UK, Australia and Europe we are able to ship our products worldwide.
** For all international shipping outside of our global lab bases, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. Oblong is unable to give any indication on your local countries customs fees.
RETURNS
All items are custom made upon placing your order, so please choose carefully. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or option chosen.
In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us within 48 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, packaging, address label and clear explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if your order has been damaged in transit.

All sizes shown are the unframed print sizes - edge to edge paper size. Available in both metric / centimeters for UK & Europe or imperial / inches for USA & Australia.
When purchasing one of our frames, the overall outer edge of the frame will be approximately 3 cm larger in height and width than the print size indicated.
Our unframed prints sizes have been chosen to work with frames that you can purchase at major retailers worldwide. Please check our Size Chart to determine the system (either metric or imperial) which will be available in your home country.

Crafted from sustainably sourced timbers with a satin laminate finish. Our classic frames are 2.3cm deep with a 2cm face reveal. We use optical grade perspex which is highly durable, very light and offers 94% UV resistance. They are supplied with D-rings and cord (AU) or sawtooth hangers (USA, UK, EU) ready to hang.
