DETAILS
The print. Museum grade inks on premium 230gsm matte paper, never glossy. Sizes are the unframed paper size, edge to edge, in centimetres for the UK and Europe and inches for the USA and Australia.
The frame. Sustainably sourced timber with a satin laminate finish, 2.3cm deep with a 2cm face. Optical grade perspex that is very light and offers 94% UV resistance. Ready to hang with D-rings and cord (AU) or sawtooth hangers (USA, UK, EU). A frame adds about 3cm to the height and width.
White border. An even white border sits inside the print size, so the overall size does not change. Skip it if your own frame already has a mat insert.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Print orders usually leave our labs in 2-5 working days. Frame orders in 4-7 working days. Unframed prints are packed in triangular shaped tubes and frames are carefully packaged in cardboard and bubble wrap for courier service.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery.
With global lab partners using cloned machinery in USA, UK, Australia and Europe we are able to ship our products worldwide.
** For all international shipping outside of our global lab bases, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. Oblong is unable to give any indication on your local countries customs fees.
All items are custom made upon placing your order, so please choose carefully. We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or option chosen.
In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us within 48 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, packaging, address label and clear explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if your order has been damaged in transit.
